INFORMED MUMMAS I From A Mother To Another

12:36

We all know that feeling when we realise our little one's clothes have overnight got too small for them and it's time for a big shopping trip and also a clear out of clothes that no longer fit.

But what do you do with the clothes that no longer fit?  Save them?  Give them to a friend?  Bin them?

Did you know 350,000 tonnes of clothing ends up landfill every year?

We are fortunate that most of us can treat our little ones to lovely clothes, and even if we're on a budget we can dress our children nicely.

But what if we simply couldn't afford to clothe our babies or they literally had nothing but the clothes on their backs?

With this in mind, and for the run up to Mother's Day, JoJoMaman Bebe have launched a campaign called From A Mother To Another to help less fortunate families in the UK and Ireland and also those Syrian refugees living in Lebanon.
This campaign runs from 2nd February to 5th March.

By packing complete outfits and dropping into your local JoJo store, you can help another family, and in return will be rewarded with a £5 voucher to spend in store when you donate a minimum of two outfits.

HOW TO HELP:
• Make up 2 or more complete outfits from your child’s little worn, nearly new or outgrown clothes in sizes 0-6 years.
 • Launder and check that the clothes make a perfect outfit you would be proud to dress your own child in.
• Place in a clear plastic bag and label with size/sex/season. E.g. 0-3mths/unisex/summer.
• Deliver to a JoJo store between 2nd February and 5th March 2016.

WHAT WILL JOJO DO NEXT:
• We double check all donations and where necessary will add extra items. We will then pack into gorgeous gift bags to deliver to our partner charities for distribution.
• We cover the cost for sorting staff and all delivery costs to our charity partners.
• We cover all the shipping costs, import tax and onward distribution to the Syrian refugees in Lebanon
